Austin and Nicole Adamson

I can't believe my brother is married! We all love Nicole and are so happy she's part of our family officially! I didn't get a lot of pictures, but here's a rundown of my week of preparations.

Tuesday: Flew in and went straight to the bachelorette party. Texas Roadhouse and bowling. It was a blast!
Nicole in the saddle. :) Yee-haw! She was so mad she had to do it. Props to her sister Ashley for setting it up!

My sisters bowling. Nicole's got great form!

Wednesday: Packed all of my brother's stuff. If you've seen his room, you understand that it was quite a challenge to get it all done. I was still on a roll from packing my own so at least I was in the mindset. Later Karlee and I went to get manis and pedis. After that, we went to pick up the groom's tux and get Nicole's finished ring. I think it was freaking me out as much as it was freaking him out that it was all finally coming together!

Thursday: Austin and I got to babysit my adorable niece all day while Karlee did the wedding flowers. We ran some errands, taught Erin how to high five, and got some of his stuff moved into his apartment. That night we had dinner with both families. I think it's hilarious that there were tons of people there and only 8 of them were from our family. Austin finally has a huge family!
Our last picture together before he got hitched! (Not sure what his face is about...)

Friday: The wedding!!

Zjani did my and Karlee's hair the morning of the wedding so I got to hang out with her adorable son while I waited for my turn. :)

They finally came out of the temple!

Mom and son. Awww.

High-five! It's a good thing we taught her how to do that. :)

The groomsmen.

Waiting our turn for pictures.

Deron William's house.

The house of the Lord. They were married in the Bountiful, Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

It was such beautiful day and so much fun! I don't have pics from the reception because I was a little busy explaining to family friends why I wasn't married, why in the world I had just moved to Kansas, entertaining Austin's old mission companions (let's face it, he was entertaining me), chasing and playing with my niece and then 5 other cousins who joined us, eating, and catching the bouquet. It was so much fun! (PS-I thought about introducing myself in my new ward like this, "Hi I'm Ashlee and I just caught a bouquet two days ago. Just thought you should know.")

Saturday: Caught an early flight home to Kansas. What a weekend. It was a blast and I hope the newly-married couple enjoyed it as much as I did. Congrats Aus and Nicole! Love you guys!!

The wedding pics are so great! On a side note, thanks for the pic of Deron Williams' house. We went to school at U of I during the same time and he was our rockstar basketball player (of course)!

I think his face is a "what'd ya say?" face.
